Welcome to the Highland Third Sector Partnership Interface Website. 

The HTSP Interface consists of 9 members and is the point of contact for delivery of the four core functions of the Third Sector Interface for the Highland area.  The HTSP partners are committed to working together with a common purpose and shared values and principles, to develop greater coherence, a stronger collective voice and impact and to maiximise service delivery leading to improved outcomes for the Third sector
